Ingredients
  

Grilled Chicken

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated and grilled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for marinade
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Caesar Wrap

  • 4 large tortilla wraps about 10 inches each
  • romaine lettuce washed and dried
  • Caesar dressing store‑bought or homemade
  • Parmesan cheese grated
  • croutons store‑bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the grilled chicken: In a bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and let it marinate 15 minutes. Grill over medium heat 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest, then slice thinly.
  • Lay tortillas flat. Spread a generous layer of Caesar dressing down the center of each wrap.
  • Add crisp romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  • Fold sides toward the center, then roll up tightly but without tearing. Serve immediately or toast in a skillet 1–2 minutes per side for a warm, crispy finish.

Notes

Keep the components separate for meal prep and assemble just before eating to prevent sogginess. Variations include adding avocado, tomatoes, or substituting tofu for a vegetarian version.
