Toppings

  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija or shredded cheddar cheese For creaminess.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Beef

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef with a touch of olive oil over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Stir in minced garlic and sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute.
  • Push the beef to the side of the skillet, melt the butter in the empty space, then blend in BBQ sauce and honey.
  • Simmer the mixture until it reduces slightly and fully coats the beef.

Assembling Tacos
