- 1 5.2 oz package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk for a lighter version
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
- ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup reserved pasta water as needed for consistency
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
