  • 100 g milk chocolate optional for a sweeter version

Authentic Arabian Flavors:

  • 2 tbsp camel milk powder or coconut milk powder
  • 1 tsp saffron strands soaked in warm water for 5 minutes
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 2 tbsp date syrup

Add-ins & Toppings:

  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • Edible gold leaf optional
  • Dried rose petals optional

  • Step 1: Preparing the Ingredients
  • Chop the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces for easier melting.
  • Finely chop the dates, pistachios, and almonds.
  • Soak saffron in warm water for 5 minutes to enhance its flavor.

Step 2: Melting the Chocolate

    Use a double boiler or microwave to gently melt the chocolate:

    • Double Boiler Method: Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth.
    • Microwave Method: Heat in short intervals (15-20 seconds) while stirring between each interval until fully melted.
    • Stir in the camel milk powder, date syrup, saffron infusion, rose water, and ground cardamom until well combined.

    Step 3: Adding Flavors and Molding

    • Mix the chopped dates, pistachios, and almonds into the melted chocolate.
    • Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking tray.
    • Tap the molds gently to remove air bubbles and spread evenly.

    Step 4: Decorating and Setting
