Ingredients
  

For the Salmon & Asparagus:

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika optional

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (plus more for garnish)

Optional Additions:

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes for heat
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2️⃣ Prepare Salmon & Asparagus:

  • Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange around the salmon on the baking sheet.

3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley.

4️⃣ Assemble & Bake:

  • Drizzle garlic butter sauce over the salmon and asparagus.
  • Top with lemon slices if using.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until salmon is flaky and reaches 145°F (63°C) internally.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and optional Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides!
