Ingredients
  

For the Omelette:

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 tbsp milk optional, for extra fluffiness
  • ½ tsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper

Fillings (Optional, Choose Your Favorites):

  • ¼ cup baby spinach chopped
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup bell peppers finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp onions finely diced
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese or low-fat cheese optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs parsley, chives, or basil

 

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Egg Whites: In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with a fork or whisk until slightly frothy. Add milk (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Cook the Omelette: Pour the egg white mixture into the pan, tilting it slightly to spread evenly. Cook for about 2–3 minutes, until the edges begin to set.
  • Add Fillings: Sprinkle spinach, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and cheese over half of the omelette.
  • Fold & Serve: Carefully fold the omelette in half using a spatula. Cook for another 1–2 minutes, until fully set. Remove from heat.
  • Garnish & Enjoy: Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately. Pair with whole-grain toast or avocado for a complete meal!
