For the Omelette:
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 tbsp milk optional, for extra fluffiness
- ½ tsp olive oil or cooking spray
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Fillings (Optional, Choose Your Favorites):
- ¼ cup baby spinach chopped
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes diced
- ¼ cup bell peppers finely chopped
- 2 tbsp onions finely diced
- 2 tbsp feta cheese or low-fat cheese optional
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs parsley, chives, or basil
Prepare the Egg Whites: In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with a fork or whisk until slightly frothy. Add milk (if using), salt, and pepper.
Preheat the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray.
Cook the Omelette: Pour the egg white mixture into the pan, tilting it slightly to spread evenly. Cook for about 2–3 minutes, until the edges begin to set.
