Equipment

  • Non-stick Pan
  • Whisk
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Crepe Batter

  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Whisk eggs, milk, flour, oil, salt, and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of batter into the pan, swirling it to spread into a circle.
  • Cook until bubbles form and the edges lift, then flip and cook the other side until light golden.
  • Serve warm with your choice of fillings like fruit, yogurt, custards, or whipped cream.

Notes

Resting the batter helps make smoother crepes. Store extra crepes in the fridge with parchment between each. Reheat in a pan or microwave. Get creative with sweet fillings like berries, honey, or yogurt. Great for meal prep and kid-friendly too!
