He trained in restaurant kitchens first, then had to unlearn most of it once three kids, school runs, and soccer practice took over — now he’s the one behind quick sheet-pan dinners, one-pot meals, and anything that gets real food on the table on a busy weeknight. Every recipe on the site is tested in the family’s own kitchen — kid opinions included — and made without pork or alcohol.
